An index result carries the licence of its sources. Where a source is more restrictive, the result says so beside the value.

Text and figures are published under CC BY 4.0 (SPDX: CC-BY-4.0). Data and code are published under CC0 1.0 (SPDX: CC0-1.0) where an edition says so. Cite with NR-CIT-1.
