Draft. Not in force.
This document is a draft. It is not legal advice and it is not in force. It becomes required only when the owner adopts it by a recorded decision in nexus-governance. Until then nothing here blocks anyone’s work.
Reuse
- Text, figures and maps: CC BY 4.0. Copy, translate, adapt and sell, with attribution.
- Data: CC0 1.0. No conditions. Please cite.
- Code: Apache-2.0 or MIT, stated in the pack. AGPL-3.0 applies only where a project chose it and the owner approved it.
- Third-party items: keep their own licence, which is listed in the licence manifest with source and attribution.
How to attribute
Author names, title, edition and version, UNI, DOI where there is one, licence and a link. Example form: "Author, Title, Reports, Edition, version. UNI. Licence CC BY 4.0." Say if you changed it.
Where to find things
- The edition page of the network site.
- The Zenodo record, which holds the edition pack: PDF, data, code, methods, RO-Crate and licence manifest.
- Zenodo serves OAI-PMH for harvesting by OpenAIRE, CORE and Google Scholar.
Machine-readable files
Each pack has licence.json, ro-crate-metadata.json, datapackage.json for data, and manifest-sha256.txt. Check the hashes before you rely on a copy.
Sharing data with us
- Only data you may share. Say how it was collected and under what ethics approval.
- Name the licence. Data must be CC0 1.0 to go in an edition. If you cannot grant it, tell us before submission.
- No personal data of living people unless consent and lawful basis are documented and the Research Integrity and Ethics Declaration is current.
- Restricted, prohibited or legal-review items are never published.
- Include a data dictionary, units, year and source for every measure. Rows of different measures are not added together.
Sensitive and dual-use content
Information that could enable serious harm is handled under the research integrity declaration. Editors may ask for redaction, delay of detail or a summary only.
Limits
Packs hold up to 100 files and 50 GB. We do not split packs to evade limits.
