Draft. Not in force.
This document is a draft. It is not legal advice and it is not in force. It becomes required only when the owner adopts it by a recorded decision in nexus-governance. Until then nothing here blocks anyone’s work.

What we publish
Editions, findings, evidence, analyses, cases, methods, data packages, corrections and translations. Nothing reaches an edition without the review chain.
Review
Five passes: evidence, method, stewardship, copy and claims, release. Each pass is done by a named person who is not the author. See the peer review policy.
Independence
Sponsors and members do not see or influence decisions on a submission. Sponsorship is the only form of support. We take no donations. Community votes set topics and calls only, never the outcome of a submission.
Integrity
Authorship, data availability, competing interests and AI use are declared at submission. AI cannot be an author or a reviewer of record. Complaints follow the ethics and misconduct procedure.
Claims
We publish no rankings, ratings or certifications as fact. Unknown values are shown as unknown. We do not claim membership of any body we have not joined. We align with the COPE Core Practices; this is a commitment, not a membership claim.
Corrections
A correction is a new version of the same identifier with a notice. Published content is never edited in place. See the corrections log and the takedown and dispute procedure.
Declarations
Contributors, editors and reviewers sign the declarations that apply to their role. Acceptances are recorded in the Agreements ledger. These are acceptance records by signed-in accounts, not qualified electronic signatures.
